Is there any additional information available, i.e. photo, age, gender, temperament, comparability with other dogs???

Is his breeder local? Has anyone contacted them?

GSCA National Rescue has asked the owner to try to bring the dog UTD on Rabies and kennel cough vaccinations. We have offered to pay for that exam and vaccinations since time is critical and no help had stepped up. We hope the current owner can get an appointment.
But,
assisting the owner of this dog is a critical need and all help is welcome. We hope TarTan can lead the way for assistance as the dog is in CT.

In Stamford CT but I have a 5 yr old unneutered male. So I don't think that would work.
